Assumptions we are operating under

Unless you provide updated information through your online valuation form, we will proceed with the following assumptions regarding your bike.

1. Your bike has more than one month remaining on its MOT.
2. Your bike is not an imported model.
3. Your vehicle has never been classified as an insurance write-off.
4. Your vehicle has not been utilized as a police vehicle.
5. Your bike is free from any cosmetic or mechanical damage.
6. Your bike is in running condition.
7. You possess two sets of keys.

Inspections

Any valuation provided through our website, via email, or over the phone is based solely on the information you provide about your bike and does not constitute a sales contract. A thorough inspection of your bike by our staff is necessary before any sale can be contemplated. Until this inspection occurs, any offer or valuation from us cannot be regarded as a binding sales contract. After receiving a valuation, you may arrange for our collection team to assess your bike prior to making a purchase decision. Should we determine that the bike's value is influenced by factors related to its history or condition that were not disclosed during the online valuation, the price we offer after a complete inspection may vary. We are not obligated to honor any offer or valuation made before this inspection.

Market changes

If there is a change in the market value of your bike resulting in a reduced valuation, then we endeavour to let you know what the new valuation is at least 24 hours before our collections team are due to be with you, so that you have the opportunity to cancel, if you choose to do so.

Valuations

Our manual valuation serves as an estimation only. An online valuation does not constitute an offer from us to purchase the vehicle; rather, it is a tool designed to help you gauge the potential value of your vehicle and the price we might be inclined to offer. We do not guarantee that the estimated price will be the final amount we agree upon during negotiations. While we make every effort to stay informed about current market trends and ensure our prices are accurate, all prices must be confirmed by a staff member before being considered a valid bid for a vehicle and are subject to inspection.

Payment methods

We primarily use instant bank transfer, which ensure that the funds are credited to your bank account immediately while our collections team is present. The bike will only be collected once you have received the complete payment for the vehicle. If you require different payment options, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your needs.
